Scrumpy originally meant cider made from windfall apples or "scrumps". Most people, including us, now use it to mean a young cider, yet to undergo maturation.

Our Still Cider is a still drink, yet may have some fizz if left in the bottle. Best enjoyed now, scrumpy doesn't cellar.
