We are relieved that the bushfire danger has abated and we were unscathed. Our hearts go out to the families, friends and businesses who suffered during this time.
On a brighter note we are looking forward to Vintage 2009.
We aim to produce some Chardonnay wine this year as well as some Cabernet, Shiraz and Riesling.
We currently have stocks of Kiwifruit in 3 varieties,
dry, semisweet and sweet.
We have bottled another barrel of Pinot Noir 2007 and it is delicious.
We are about to start picking our grapes.
In another month we will have kiwi fruit for sale.
